WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to every piece being custom made to the client's specific preferences and measurements all sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS,  NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES.

 

Any STC item you purchase within 7 days of shipping is eligible of an alteration. Alterations are absolutely understandable if item arrives damaged or a size needs to be changed. Items must remain unwashed and unworn.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to each and every garment is custom made to the clients measurements and the materials used can not be reused after construction has begun, orders can not be cancelled after the order is placed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our products are made to order and hand sewn to fit our customers personally. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for your order to be processed. After your order has been completed you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Once shipped the carrier, USPS, is responsible for your package. Please contact the carrier for more details on your package.  

 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I INQUIRE ABOUT A CUSTOM?

For a custom you should inquire at least 1 month in advance, anything less than 2 weeks will require a rush fee.
